What is the return policy at Botanical Accents?

At Botanical Accents, we believe in satisfied customers.† If you arenít happy, we arenít happy.† If you arenít satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1.††Call or email us for a return authorization.† Please state the reason for the return.† Once you have the return authorization, we will be glad to accept the merchandise.† Unfortunately, no returns can be accepted without a return authorization.

2.††Return the item within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.† If you paid by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.† If you paid by check or money order, weíll issue a refund check.

3.††We do require that returned items be in the same condition as you received them.† When returning the merchandise, please repack the items carefully, since you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all related shipping costs.† For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of the merchandise.

Customized orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
